Sabés, esta canción desde niño me ha encantado. Cuando aparece en la película I Am Sam, cuando van pasando el paso de zebra, lloro la mayoría de veces. Joya.

esta cancion en su version orginial es increible. John Lennon la escribió en el viaje a la India que realizó a mediados de 1967 con el resto de Beatles aunque la canción no vió la luz en un LP hasta 1970, en Let It Be.
Melancólica y con una melodía hermosa, fue una canción que logró ser hit en ese disco, junto a "Get Back" "Let it be" y "The long and widing road" ademas de ser el ultimo disco de los Beatles, donde había mucha melancolía, genialidad y rabia.
Precisamente fue la versión original la que me arrancó un suspiro melancólico... Es realmente buena...

According to the Beatles song book the opening line of the third verse should read;
“Sounds of laughter, shades of EARTH are ringing through my open ears exciting and inviting me”
But Doc loves you anyway for posting this great song in your blog. It’s one of Doc’s favourite bits of pure Beatle poetry.
